Mineral Joins Carson Group
July 31, 2018
Dear Mineral Family and Friends,
Today, after three years of hard work, creativity, and collaboration, Mineral Interactive has officially joined Carson Group. We’re excited about the future, and at the same time grateful for the past.
I want to take a moment to pause and reflect on those who’ve been part of our journey so far.
First, I can’t say a big enough thank you to my wife and business partner, Kim. I could not have had a better partner, collaborator, and friend in this process. Your taste for adventure and growth have helped make Mineral what it is. Thank you, Kim, for your patience and the love you have for our clients and our work. Without you, none of this would have happened.
Thank you to the core team who have been with us since the beginning. Rick Bragg and Zach McDonald, thank you for sharing our vision from the first days in that basement office and dreaming with us about what Mineral could become. Your selflessness and sacrifice have been integral to the process. Thank you for your passion to do great work, and having the talent and skill to do it.
To the whole Mineral team, I’m so very thankful. Thank you for your patience and belief in the process of what we’re doing. Thank you for your flexibility as the leadership team, the clients, and the rest of the world comes along to work out what digital marketing is – and can be – in the financial sector.
Zakeila, Bryant, Connor, Jennica, Delaney, Curt, Dustin, Zach, Josh, Rick, and of course Kim – your names are on my mind today, and it’s been an honor to work with each of you. Your talent, hard work, and willingness to learn have come together to create a unique and unforgettable marketing voice.
Thanks also to those who have journeyed with us in the past. Thank you to Rebecca Tschetter for her tremendous work and the value she brought to our team. She is truly a dynamic person and a really great individual. Also thank you to Johnny Sandquist for all that he brought and the dreams and ambitions he poured into this place.
And to Emily Wheeler, who is moving on to TD Ameritrade: thank you for being part of what it means to be Mineral. I wish you the best and am so grateful for the time we shared along the way.
Finally, I am so grateful to our clients. I know personally what it’s like to have your own small business, how much of our own blood, sweat, and tears goes into the process. We are honored that you allowed us to help you develop your digital voice. Starting and owning your own business is highly personal, and we’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us to be part of that relationship.
We look toward the future now, partnering with one of the top financial firms in the country. We will have more support and resources now than we ever have, enabling us to take financial digital marketing beyond even our own dreams.
Thank you to the Carson team: Kelsey, Teri, Aaron, and others who are helping us make this transition and preserve Mineral’s unique culture. Thanks to Ron Carson for having the dynamic vision to see the vital role that our expertise has in the future of independent advice, and to see Mineral as integral to that future.
Thanks for reading, and thanks for sharing this joyful news with us.
Onward and upward!
